Following his record-setting journey, Dr. Ravi Kempaiah continued to ride and refine e-bikes throughout his doctoral research, gaining deep insights into the needs and expectations of North American e-bike riders. This hands-on experience became the foundation of Zen E-Bikes’ design philosophy. Zen’s journey was further strengthened by the invaluable technical and financial support from world-renowned scientists. With this momentum, the company was officially incorporated in Canada in November 2021, and by May 2022, Zen began assembling and delivering high-performance e-bikes to riders across the continent.
